Frequently asked questions

Is my child insured with the course?
Our courses do not include any insurance in case of accident or cancellation. Please check your personal insurance or take out the optional Carré Neige insurance.
Does my child need a lift pass?
Apart from the Piou Piou Club, your child must have a valid lift pass. It is not included with the ski lessons. You must buy your lift pass at the ski lift ticket office. It is free for children under 5 years old on presentation of a proof of age.
Is wearing a helmet mandatory in the Piou Piou Club?
Wearing a helmet is not mandatory but strongly recommended.
